Common questions
Things people actually ask before paying
- Is there a free tier?
- No — but the 14-day trial is unlimited. Run as many forecasts as you want, sync your full order history, generate API tokens, install the Chrome extension. If you can't tell whether it's worth $99 after that, it probably isn't.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Nope. Sign in with your work email, run a forecast, see the savings. We ask for billing info on day 14 (or whenever you decide to convert manually).
- What if I have multiple warehouses?
- Each org is one workspace today. If you run multiple physical warehouses with separate ShipStation and Uline accounts, sign up one workspace per location. Multi-location consolidation is on the roadmap — talk to us if it's a blocker.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. Your data stays put for 30 days, then gets purged. No reactivation fees, no "contact us to cancel" runaround — there's a button.
- Why $99 specifically?
- We charge roughly 3% of the savings the average warehouse sees in a year. That leaves you with the other 97%. We considered $49 (felt like a hobby tool) and $199 (kills self-serve conversion). 99 is the right number for a focused B2B tool.
- Do you sell my ShipStation or Uline data?
- No. We never aggregate, anonymize-and-sell, or share your data with anyone — including other Supply Buddy customers. Your credentials are encrypted at rest. See our privacy policy.
